Return Policy


Note:    Returns can only be accepted for products purchased on the official Blancpain online channel.

Your order has been carefully packed and thoroughly inspected. We hope that you are pleased with the item(s) you have selected.

Report any discrepancy in shipment or damages to Customer Service at [at] (care[dot]us[at]blancpain[dot]com).

You may return any unworn and undamaged watch by mail within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase. Returns are not accepted at a Blancpain boutique.

Any products that are personalized (embossed, engraved etc.) cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject personalized items without giving reasons.

Straps altered, cut or punched are not returnable or exchangeable.

Any watch that fails quality inspection from Customer Service (e.g. scratches, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive a returned item unless there is otherwise a breach of these terms.

All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.

  2. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery with any applicable boxes, warranty cards, user manuals, and all other accessories and other documents.
  3. In the case that any of these items are not returned, additional charges will be applied.
  4. Carefully package merchandise to prevent damage in transit.
  5. Ship your return using the return label provided by Customer Service.
  6. Drop off your package at the shipping provider near you.
