Triad of Michelin events with Blancpain

As part of its partnership with the Michelin Guide, Blancpain is honored to attend the Michelin star revelations that keep the world of fine dining in suspense around the globe. Since the beginning of the year, nearly 20 destinations have already seen their restaurants rewarded and their chefs praised. In addition to the famous stars, the Guide also awards other prizes, including the Mentor Chef Award and the Young Chef Award, presented to the winners by Blancpain.

During the first two weeks of October, the Manufacture took part in the consecration of several chefs. The Japanese chef Eiichi Takahashi, whose three-starred restaurant Hyotei located in Kyoto, received the Mentor Chef Award in recognition of his involvement in the training of the new generation of chefs. In the United States, Blancpain presented the Young Chef Award to Charlie Mitchell, Executive Chef and co-owner of the Michelin-starred Clover Hill restaurant in New York. A young talent was also honored in Korea: Chef Kim Jun Hyung, who is delighting taste buds in Seoul at his restaurant ON and whose career seems to be on the rise.

As a watchmaker of fine gastronomy for more than 35 years, the Blancpain Manufacture is pleased to count the time in the kitchens of these excellent chefs and to accompany their teams in the creation of their dishes.
