Blancpain at the Swiss Michelin Guide Star Revelation ceremony
The Star Revelation ceremony was followed by a cocktail reception and an exclusive five-course gala dinner, the first to be held in Switzerland. The guests of the evening were able to savour the dishes of top chefs Peter Knogl (***), Jeroen Achtien (**), Cédric Bourassin (*) and Julien Boutonnet. A dedicated area allowed them to observe a Blancpain watchmaker at work on his bench, next to a chef who was also focused on his art. A great opportunity to notice the many similarities that exist between fine watchmaking and culinary preparation.
