Blancpain presents its 2019 novelties in Singapore and announces two Michelin star chef Julien Royer as a new friend of the brand

Reinforcing its longstanding ties with the world of gastronomy, Blancpain recently hosted an event in Singapore, announcing its latest collaboration with the talented French-born chef Julien Royer. This exclusive gathering was held at Odette, the two Michelin star chef's restaurant located in the historic National Gallery building, and awarded number one of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants in 2019.

Welcomed by Ms. Emmy Tellier - Blancpain Brand Manager for Southeast Asia - and Jalil Elkouch-Bordier - Blancpain Area Sales Manager, guests were first presented the 2019 novelties. This preview was followed by a gustative journey of a 6-courses menu, each of the dishes specially created by Julien Royer and inspired by Blancpain's timepieces. An occasion for the Chef to express his pride and gratitude to join the brand in its pursuit of excellence, and to celebrate the culinary expression of the Art of Living.
