Blancpain, partnering again with the Bocuse d'Or Switzerland for its 2019 Final
Partner of the Swiss Bocuse d'Or Academy since 2004, the Blancpain Manufacture is proud to renew its association with esteemed gastronomic competition this year, which recently took place at the Kursaal conference building in Bern. On this occasion, the brand accompanied six young Swiss chefs selected to create two dishes that were submitted for the Jury's final vote. Under the watchful eyes of 1200 spectators, the candidates strived during 5 hours and 30 minutes to present successively a fish and meat dish to the jury, composed of Swiss gastronomy's greatest names and chaired by Franck Giovannini – famous chef of the "Hôtel de Ville" restaurant in Crissier.
