Blancpain and the Michelin Guide give the Mentor Chef Award in Italy

Global partner of the Michelin Guide since 2020, Blancpain recently celebrated in Italy the unveiling of the 2022 Michelin stars and prizes awarded to the top talents on the local culinary scene. This important event in the world of gastronomy was held at the Relais Franciacorta in Lombardy, which offered an ideal setting for the ceremony.

More than 30 stars were awarded to a selection of top chefs. Among other prestigious prizes, the Michelin Guide recognised a chef that is dedicated to passing on their expertise and training the elite chefs of tomorrow. Roberto Castagna, Brand Manager of Blancpain Italy, was honoured to give the Mentor Chef Award to the three-Michelin-star chef Nadia Santini (restaurant Dal Pescatore) who was congratulated on the devotion she shows towards sharing her passion.
