Blancpain and the Michelin Guide bestow two "Young Chef Awards" 2021 in Paris

In its role as global watch partner of the Michelin Guide, the Blancpain Manufacture was honoured to support the 2021 edition of the Michelin Guide France, which aimed to unveil a selection of the year's best gastronomic tables. This event was a very small gathering exceptionally broadcasted online from the Eiffel Tower in Paris, in the famous starred restaurant "Le Jules Verne" overlooking the city, 125m above the ground.

On this occasion, a series of special prizes highlighted and celebrated all the professions that are inherently part of the culinary field, among which include wine expertise, hospitality and service, along with the discovery of new promising talents. As a unique announcement of this 2021 ceremony, a double award was offered to  young chefs Coline Faulquier (restaurant Signature, Marseille) and Mory Sacko (restaurant MoSuke, Paris), who have simultaneously won the "Young Chef Award" and a first Michelin star for their respective restaurants. Mr. Arnaud Blandin, Manager for Blancpain in France and Benelux, presented these prizes with great enthusiasm to the two winners.
