寶珀與瑞士米其林指南共慶美食藝術
10月21日週一,大名鼎鼎的EHL酒店管理商學院舉辦了一場旨在褒獎卓越美食成就的慶祝活動。在2024年瑞士米其林美食指南的授星典禮上,這個享譽全球的美食指南與寶珀一同表彰了瑞士的新晉星級餐廳,這兩大品牌早自2020年便開啟了全球範圍內的密切合作。授星典禮上,高級製錶廠還欣喜地頒發了“青年主廚大獎”(Young Chef Award)。這個獎項旨在褒揚35歲以下最有發展前途的年輕主廚,以激勵和鼓舞青年廚師不斷推廣並弘揚美食藝術。今年,寶珀將這一榮譽頒發給了29歲的吉爾·瓦洛納(Gilles Varone),他在瓦萊州的薩維耶斯(Savièse)開辦了自己的同名餐廳。在此之前,這位年輕的主廚已經摘得一個星徽和一個代表永續美食理念的綠色星標。今年,他又為自己的榮譽榜新添一個珍貴獎勵。
Driven by a shared passion, a rich tradition and a sharp spirit of innovation, Haute Horlogerie and gastronomy came together on a stand bearing the Blancpain colours, following the star ceremony. While a Blancpain watchmaker worked with precision at his workbench, a wine and cheese pairing highlighted the subtlety and meticulousness of gastronomic combinations. The day concluded with a sumptuous gala dinner, orchestrated by five chefs, including three Michelin-starred one: Michèle Meier (1*), Lucrèce Lacchio (1*) and Olivier Jean (2*), accompanied by EHL's Julien Boutonnet and Marc Turcas. Comprising several appetizers, two starters, one main course and one dessert –all skilfully thought out and executed, the menu delighted the guests, highlighting the excellence shared by Blancpain and the Michelin Guide.
