1. Do I need to create an account to purchase an item from the Blancpain E-Boutique?
You do not need to create a Blancpain account to place an order. You may check out as a guest. However, by creating a Blancpain account, you can enjoy several benefits, such as order tracking, access to your invoices, faster checkout, and the ability to view your cart and saved items from any device. 2. What is the delivery time?
Most orders ship within the same or next business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST, may not ship until the following business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on an official holiday will be processed on the following business day. Signature will be required for all orders.
3. What shipping options are available?
Blancpain offers two delivery methods: Next-Day Delivery through UPS and Blancpain Sur Mesure Delivery. Blancpain Sur Mesure Delivery is a unique service where your timepiece will be hand-delivered with the utmost care by a Blancpain expert. The Blancpain Sur Mesure Delivery is available for orders of $30,000 or more.
4. What is Blancpain Sur Mesure Delivery?
The Blancpain Sur Mesure Delivery ensures your timepiece is handled with the utmost care. One of our brand representatives will personally deliver the watch to your doorstep and provide a customized presentation of your purchased timepiece, including sizing the strap or bracelet and answering any questions you may have, allowing you to enjoy a seamless and elegant delivery experience.
5. Can I pick up my online purchase at a Blancpain boutique?
Currently, we do not offer an in-store pickup service. If you have any special shipping requirements, please contact us at e-boutique.us [at] blancpain.com (e-boutique[dot]us[at]blancpain[dot]com) within 24 hours of placing your order.
6. Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, we do not ship to PO boxes.
7. Is there a warranty offered on my Blancpain timepiece?
Every Blancpain timepiece is covered under a limited 5-year warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery up to two years after the date of purchase. 8. How is the sales tax calculated?
The provided shipping address determines the calculated taxes. The amount is included in the final price on the Order Review Page.
9. I have an issue with my order. How can I contact customer service?

10. How do I determine my wrist size?
You may measure your wrist using a tape measure or by printing our sizing tool.
11. Can you size the bracelet before my watch ships?
You will need to enter your wrist size before adding the watch to your cart. We will ship the watch with a strap tailored to the measurement you have provided.
12. Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer exchanges.
13. Can I order to a different country than the country selected on the website?
We are only able to ship within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, hotels or third party pickup locations.
14. How to track the status of my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

15. Which forms of payments are accepted?
Blancpain E-boutique accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
16. My transaction was declined. What is happening?
Some banks may block high-value transactions as a precautionary measure. If your transaction is being declined, we recommend that you contact your financial institution to authorize your transaction. You may also try using an alternative payment method.
17. Are my personal and payment details secure?
All data and payment information are secured by SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card details or payment information. For more information about data use, please see our privacy policy.
Return & Refunds
18. Can I return an item I purchased online at a Blancpain boutique?
Online purchases may be returned at any Blancpain boutique (excluding retailers). However, all online returns made at boutiques will be shipped to our Distribution Center for processing. Please note that refunds will not be issued on-site.
19. What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your product and want a refund, you will have to contact us at e-boutique.us [at] blancpain.com (e-boutique[dot]us[at]blancpain[dot]com) to process your return. You may return any unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online from www.Blancpain.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided that the merchandise is original quality and has not been damaged and is returned with its original packaging including, but not limited to, box, warranty card, accessories, extra links, free gifts, or anything else that came with the merchandise. Removed or altered security seals forfeit our return policy. Returns are only applicable to orders made on www.Blancpain.com and do not include final sale products. Any products that are personalized, embossed, sized (cut or punched), altered, or engraved are final sale and cannot be returned. We recommend that all returns be sent by UPS or FedEx with a valid tracking number attached. We are not responsible for items which are lost, stolen, broken, or damaged during the return process. All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Any order that fails quality inspection by Customer Service (e.g. scratches, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
20. How do I return my online purchase?

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery with any applicable boxes, warranty cards, user manuals, and all other accessories and other documents.
In the case that any of these items are not returned, additional charges will be applied.
Place the items in their original packaging and with the original receipt.
Carefully package merchandise to prevent damage in transit.
Adhere the pre-paid label to your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package.
You can drop the package at a UPS location, or we can arrange a pickup for you.
