Shanghai 2021 Michelin Guide

As Global Partner of the Michelin Guide, Blancpain was present in Shanghai – a city renowned for its culinary effervescence – to celebrate the release of the 2021 Michelin Guide dedicated to the bustling metropolis.

On October 21st, with the support of Blancpain, the Michelin Young Chef Award was conferred to Chef Ian Chen from the one-star Michelin restaurant "Meet the Bund" and presented to him during the ceremony by Blancpain China Brand Director Mr. Jack Liao.
