宝珀与瑞士米其林指南共庆美食艺术
10月21日周一,大名鼎鼎的EHL酒店管理商学院举办了一场旨在褒奖卓越美食成就的庆祝活动。在2024年瑞士米其林美食指南的授星典礼上,这个享誉全球的美食指南与宝珀一同表彰了瑞士的新晋星级餐厅,这两大品牌早自2020年便开启了全球范围内的密切合作。授星典礼上,高级制表厂还欣喜地颁发了“青年主厨大奖”(Young Chef Award)。这个奖项旨在褒扬35岁以下最有发展前途的年轻主厨,以激励和鼓舞青年厨师不断推广并弘扬美食艺术。今年,宝珀将这一荣誉颁发给了29岁的吉尔·瓦洛纳(Gilles Varone),他在瓦莱州的萨维耶斯(Savièse)开办了自己的同名餐厅。在此之前,这位年轻的主厨已经摘得一个星徽和一个代表可持续美食理念的绿色星标。今年,他又为自己的荣誉榜新添一个珍贵奖励。
Driven by a shared passion, a rich tradition and a sharp spirit of innovation, Haute Horlogerie and gastronomy came together on a stand bearing the Blancpain colours, following the star ceremony. While a Blancpain watchmaker worked with precision at his workbench, a wine and cheese pairing highlighted the subtlety and meticulousness of gastronomic combinations. The day concluded with a sumptuous gala dinner, orchestrated by five chefs, including three Michelin-starred one: Michèle Meier (1*), Lucrèce Lacchio (1*) and Olivier Jean (2*), accompanied by EHL's Julien Boutonnet and Marc Turcas. Comprising several appetizers, two starters, one main course and one dessert –all skilfully thought out and executed, the menu delighted the guests, highlighting the excellence shared by Blancpain and the Michelin Guide.
