A little universe at Henderson Island

Henderson Island was the next stop of the Pitcairn Islands Expedition, and once again the crew experienced amazingly rich dives. Besides the sharks and other large fishes, Enric Sala took time to focus on an entire small universe that lives in the reef. An underwater eco-system is a very complex organisation, that can sometimes be compared to a mechanical watch. Every single component achieves a specific task for the system, and even the smallest element is significant in the entire process.
